Synopsis

Veikko is an old racist fart, who has ended up living in an suburban apartment block filled with colourful section of refugees and immigrants. Kamal is a 17-year-old boy, who’s fed up in life in Finland and his dream is to move to Nairobi, to live with his father. The only problem is that he doesn’t have a job or the money to buy the flight ticket. Veikko is ill and has decided to go and die in his summer cottage 300 km from Helsinki. Veikko hires Kamal to help him to get to his cottage with few turns on the way. Veikko and Kamal seem to have similar family issues. On the road Veikko and Kamal start to understand a bit more and both of them learn a lot – from each other.
