When the employment office is haunted, performance targets are pressing and mould is threatening, service manager Anneli Tiainen (Elina Knihtilä) resorts to eccentric measures in the face of an impossible situation. But one misstep only leads to worse, demands become even more stringent, and Anneli is forced to fear not only that her secret will be revealed, but also that increasingly strange phenomena will emerge in the everyday life of the agency. Haunted by visions, ghosts and a terrifying mould growth, Anneli is driven close to the edge of madness. And as the walls of the welfare state begin to come tumbling down around her - literally - the choice is whether to give up or expose herself.
The series is written by Juha Lehtola and Tiina Lymi, and directed by Tiina Lymi. Starring Elina Knihtilä, Hannu-Pekka Björkman, Jarkko Niemi, Milka Ahlroth, Sari Siikander, Satu Tuuli Karhu, Satu Silvo, Juho Milonoff, Pertti Sveholm and Tommi Korpela. The series is produced for Yle by Solar Films.
