It is an independent film about The Tough Ones of the present day – South Ostrobothnian knife junkies, where a glimmer of Antti Isotalo and Rannanjärvi still lives on.

Konsta Karhu has followed in the footsteps of his father Jussi Murikka and in prison to atone for his sins. His best friend Jalo once ratted on Konsta, who is now in prison seeking revenge. When freedom comes, Karhu returns to South Ostrobothnia in Finland. The blood of a Tough One runs strong in his veins and the stamp of a petty criminal shines on his forehead. Konsta is suddenly confronted with his past and is faced with the decision of whether to continue on the path of hatred or forgive. What will happen to the new generation of The Tough Ones?
